    • Schedule a meeting with a professional dentist. Do not fear your dentist. Your dentist is the best person who can check your teeth and give you diagnosis after.  Doing something on your teeth and gums without your dentist recommendations may be fatal to your health. Therefore, ensure that you set a time and date of your visit. Remember that your gum problems are dental health care issues that only your dentist can give prescriptions.
