Hors D'Oeuvres When I was a banquet waitress I lived on hors d'oeuvres. It was something I could keep in my pocket while I was working and I delivered most of my dinners with my mouth full. By the end of that summer, my waitress friends & I became experts in unbreakable baked potatoes, over cooked prime rib and ready made hors d'oeuvres. Based on that, I have to say that the hors d'oeuvres on these two pages are bizarre not only in presentation but in choice of ingredients. I was a waitresses for seven years and I never once served anyone an hors d'oeuvre that contained marshmallows or was cut from a loaf. Nor did I ever see anyone pull a cube of cheese or olive from an orange acting as a serving platter. These things are weird. Be sure to check out the second page. The loafs are to die for!
